Depending on how you interact with Dhrasti Method, we may collect:

Contact information, such as your email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country and city.

Account information, including your learner account details and account status.

Course and participation information, including registration, enrolment, access type, course progress, course completion and participation history.

Transaction and membership information, including purchases, payment status, subscription status, introductory or free periods, renewal information and transaction records.

Payment card information is processed by the payment providers used by our learning and payment platforms. We may receive confirmation of transactions, billing status and limited information necessary to administer your purchase, but we do not normally receive or store your complete card details.

Application information, where you express interest in experiences such as the Dhrasti Three-Day Immersive. This may include information about what brought you to the experience, what you would like to explore and anything else you voluntarily choose to share.

Communication preferences, including whether you have agreed to receive email marketing or WhatsApp communications and when that consent was provided or withdrawn.

Correspondence, including enquiries, customer-support communications and other messages you send to us.

Technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, website activity and similar information collected through cookies and related technologies.

Marketing and engagement information, such as whether emails are opened, links are clicked and how people interact with our communications or websites, where permitted by law.

  • complete a Wix or other online form;

  • create a learner account;

  • enrol in or purchase Dhrasti Foundations;

  • activate Dhrasti Circle;

  • apply for the Three-Day Immersive or another experience;

  • provide marketing consent;

  • participate in Dhrasti products or communities; or

  • otherwise provide information to us.

We may also receive information from technology providers used to operate our services, for example when a learner enrols, purchases, completes a lesson, progresses through a programme or changes their subscription status.

We use personal information only where we have an appropriate lawful basis.

Providing Our Products and Services

We may use your information to:

  • create and administer learner accounts;

  • register and enrol learners;

  • provide access to Dhrasti Foundations and Dhrasti Circle;

  • process purchases and subscriptions;

  • monitor access periods;

  • record course progress and completion;

  • provide benefits associated with completion;

  • manage memberships;

  • respond to service enquiries; and

  • send transactional or service-related communications.

Our lawful basis will normally be that the processing is necessary to perform a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Applications and Expressions of Interest

If you submit an expression of interest for the Dhrasti Three-Day Immersive or another experience, we may use your information to:

  • review your request;

  • understand what you are seeking from the experience;

  • contact you about your application;

  • arrange a conversation;

  • determine appropriate next steps; and

  • administer the application process.

Submitting an expression of interest does not itself create a confirmed booking or require payment.

Service Communications

We may send communications necessary to provide something you have requested, including:

  • account creation information;

  • course-access information;

  • purchase confirmations;

  • subscription and billing information;

  • important service changes;

  • application responses; and

  • customer-support communications.

These operational communications are separate from optional marketing.

Marketing by Email and WhatsApp

Where required, we rely on your consent before sending promotional email or WhatsApp communications.

Email marketing consent and WhatsApp marketing consent are managed separately.

Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your ability to access products or services you have purchased or enrolled in.

Improving and Protecting Our Services

We may use appropriate information to:

  • maintain website and platform security;

  • prevent misuse or fraud;

  • diagnose technical problems;

  • understand how our services are used;

  • improve our content and user experience; and

  • administer and develop our business.

Where appropriate, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating, protecting and improving Dhrasti Method, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

Legal Obligations

We may process information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, including accounting, taxation, consumer-protection and regulatory requirements.

6. Sensitive Information

We do not generally require sensitive personal information to provide Dhrasti Foundations or Dhrasti Circle.

When applying for an in-person or immersive experience, however, you may voluntarily provide information that could reveal health, disability, mental-health or other sensitive information.

Please provide sensitive information only where relevant and appropriate.

Where special-category personal information is processed, we will identify an appropriate lawful basis and any additional legal condition required.

7. Service Providers and Sharing Information

​

We use trusted third-party providers to operate Dhrasti Method.

These may include:

Wix — websites and forms;

Thinkific — learner accounts, courses, memberships, communities and related transactions;

ActiveCampaign — customer relationship management, email communications and automation;

Zapier — system integrations and workflow automation;

payment providers associated with our learning and checkout systems;

analytics and advertising providers where enabled and permitted; and

professional advisers or other service providers where reasonably necessary.

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order or a lawful request from a competent authority.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

8. International Transfers

​

Some providers we use may process or store personal information outside the United Kingdom.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take appropriate steps to ensure the transfer is lawful and appropriate safeguards are used where required.

9. How Long We Keep Information

​

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, contractual and regulatory requirements.

As a general approach:

  • customer, contractual and transaction records may be retained for up to six years where reasonably required;

  • learner and membership information may be retained while an account or relationship remains active and for an appropriate period afterwards;

  • unsuccessful or inactive Immersive applications may normally be reviewed for deletion or anonymisation after approximately 12 months;

  • general enquiries may normally be retained for up to 24 months;

  • marketing information may be retained while you remain subscribed; and

  • where you unsubscribe, we may retain a limited suppression record so that your preference continues to be respected.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites and online services may use cookies and related technologies.

Some are necessary for security, account login, checkout functionality and providing services requested by you.

Others may be used for analytics, preferences, performance measurement, marketing or advertising.

We use automation to administer parts of Dhrasti Method.

Our systems may automatically:

  • update a learner's registration or enrolment status;

  • record course progress;

  • identify appropriate access journeys;

  • send relevant communications;

  • record completion; or

  • stop or change communications when a learner's status changes.

These operational workflows are not intended to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

Dhrasti Method online programmes and paid memberships are generally intended for adults aged 18 or over unless expressly stated otherwise.

​

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technologies or legal obligations change.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Dhrasti Method products, services, courses, memberships, communities and digital content, including Dhrasti Foundations and Dhrasti Circle.

By creating an account, enrolling in a product, purchasing access or activating a membership, you agree to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy should be read alongside these Terms.

1. About Dhrasti Method

​

Dhrasti Method provides educational and personal-development experiences designed to support understanding, reflection and personal exploration.

Dhrasti Method is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, financial advice, legal advice or another regulated professional service.

Nothing within Dhrasti Method should be treated as a substitute for appropriate professional advice, diagnosis, treatment or care.

We do not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, psychological, professional, financial, relationship or other outcome.

2. Your Account

​

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.

Your account and access are personal to you.

You must not share login credentials, paid or complimentary access, course materials or membership access with another person.

We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe it is being shared or misused.

3. Complimentary 7-Day Dhrasti Foundations Access

​

Where offered, complimentary Dhrasti Foundations access is provided for the period displayed when you enrol, currently seven days.

No payment is required for this route unless clearly stated otherwise.

Your access period begins when access is activated, not when you first begin watching the content.

At the end of the stated period, access may automatically expire.

Dhrasti may, at its discretion, offer an extension or another opportunity to continue.

Extensions are not guaranteed and do not create an entitlement to permanent or unlimited access.

4. Paid 30-Day Dhrasti Foundations Access

​

Paid Dhrasti Foundations access is provided for the price and period displayed at checkout, currently 30 days.

The access period begins when paid access is activated, not when you first begin or return to the course.

If you previously participated through complimentary access, existing course progress may continue when further access is activated.

Access may expire at the end of the relevant period.

Dhrasti may offer further access at its discretion and subject to any applicable payment or additional conditions.

5. Immediate Digital Access

​

Dhrasti Foundations contains digital content that may become available immediately following purchase.

Where applicable, by expressly requesting immediate access before the end of a statutory cancellation period, you request that supply begins immediately.

Where required by applicable law, you may also be asked to acknowledge that beginning the supply of digital content may affect or result in the loss of a statutory right to cancel the relevant digital-content contract.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Dhrasti Circle Eligibility

​

A learner who successfully completes Dhrasti Foundations may become eligible for an introductory period inside Dhrasti Circle.

Under the current Foundation graduate offer:

the first three months of Dhrasti Circle are included at no membership charge.

Eligibility does not automatically create a paid subscription.

You will be invited to activate your Circle membership separately and will be shown the applicable introductory period, recurring price and billing information before activation.

7. Dhrasti Circle

​

Dhrasti Circle is an ongoing membership which may include:

  • the Dhrasti Circle community;

  • the Dhrasti Individual Pathway;

  • guided practices;

  • live or recorded gatherings;

  • reflection and experiential resources; and

  • other content and experiences added over time.

The exact membership content and format may reasonably evolve.

8. Circle Introductory Periods and Recurring Subscription

​

Current introductory arrangements include:

Foundation graduates: first 3 months free, followed by £18 per month.

Eligible Three-Day Immersive graduates: first 12 months free, followed by £18 per month.

The introductory period applicable to you, recurring price and first billing information will be shown before activation.

By activating a Circle subscription, you authorise the recurring monthly payment shown at checkout to begin after your introductory period ends unless you cancel beforehand.

Thereafter the membership continues monthly until cancelled.

9. Cancelling Dhrasti Circle

​

You may cancel your Circle subscription through the cancellation facilities available in your Dhrasti/Thinkific learner account.

If you experience difficulty cancelling through your account, contact:

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents future subscription renewal charges.

You will normally retain access until the end of your current free or paid membership period.

Nothing in this section removes statutory cancellation rights.

10. Three-Day Immersive

​

Submitting a Three-Day Immersive request or expression-of-interest form does not itself create a confirmed booking or require payment.

Applications may be reviewed personally and may be followed by a conversation to determine whether the experience is appropriate for both parties.

If you are invited to proceed, you may be provided with separate event-specific terms covering matters such as:

  • event dates and location;

  • price and payment;

  • cancellation and refunds;

  • transfers;

  • attendance and no-shows;

  • rescheduling;

  • conduct;

  • confidentiality;

  • recording or photography;

  • and other event-specific arrangements.

Your place will only be confirmed once the applicable confirmation requirements have been completed.

11. Prices and Payments

​

The price, currency, payment frequency and any applicable introductory period will be displayed before purchase or subscription activation.

Where payment is required, you must provide a valid authorised payment method.

We will not add optional charges without your agreement.

​

12. Cancellation Rights, Refunds and Consumer Rights

​

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that you have under applicable consumer law.

Different rights may apply depending on whether a transaction involves digital content, services, subscriptions or a combination of these.

Where you have a statutory right to cancel, receive a refund or obtain another consumer remedy, those rights apply regardless of anything inconsistent in these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

​

All Dhrasti Method materials are owned by or licensed to Dhrasti Method Ltd unless expressly stated otherwise.

This includes videos, audio, written content, guided practices, exercises, frameworks, diagrams, methodologies, recordings, designs, graphics, branding, course structures and community materials.

Your enrolment or purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access relevant materials for your own personal use.

You must not, without our prior written permission:

  • copy or reproduce Dhrasti materials;

  • distribute them;

  • publicly upload or republish them;

  • record protected content;

  • sell or sublicense them;

  • commercially exploit them;

  • share your access; or

  • present proprietary Dhrasti material as your own.

14. Community Conduct

​

When participating in Dhrasti Circle or another Dhrasti community, you agree to act respectfully.

You must not:

  • threaten, harass or abuse another participant;

  • disclose another participant's confidential information without permission;

  • use the community for unsolicited selling or spam;

  • publish unlawful or deliberately harmful content; or

  • deliberately disrupt the experience of others.

We may reasonably moderate content and may suspend access in cases of serious or repeated misconduct.

15. Confidentiality Within Community Experiences

​

Please treat personal experiences shared by other participants with respect and discretion.

You should not publicly repeat another person's personal story or identifiable information without permission.

We cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality, so please use your own judgement when sharing sensitive information.

16. Personal Responsibility

​

Dhrasti Method encourages observation, reflection and personal exploration.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing.

Participation does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, financial adviser-client or other regulated professional relationship.

If participation raises concerns about your health or wellbeing, seek appropriate professional support.

17. Availability

​

We aim to provide reliable access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, technology failures, internet outages, third-party service issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect access.

18. Changes to Products and Services

​

We may make reasonable changes to course presentation, technology, membership features or content where necessary to maintain, develop or improve Dhrasti Method.

Where a material change affects a paid service, we will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

19. Third-Party Services

​

Dhrasti Method uses third-party providers for website services, learning platforms, payment processing, customer relationship management, email communications, analytics and system integrations.

20. Liability

​

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to those protections, Dhrasti Method does not guarantee that participation will produce a particular personal or commercial result.

21. Ending or Restricting Access

We may reasonably restrict, suspend or terminate access because of:

  • account sharing;

  • unlawful activity;

  • serious community misconduct;

  • infringement of Dhrasti intellectual property; or

  • non-payment of an amount properly due.

Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies available under consumer law.

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes in Dhrasti products, technology, business practices or legal obligations.

23. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply under the laws of the country in which you ordinarily live.
