THE DHRASTI METHOD
Dhrasti Method provides educational and experiential programmes exploring human experience, conditioning, awareness, internal state and conscious participation in everyday life.
Dhrasti programmes are designed for personal exploration and education.
They are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, financial advice or another regulated professional service.
Nothing on this website or within a Dhrasti programme should be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular personal, financial, relationship, professional or other external outcome.
USING OUR WEBSITE
You may use this website for lawful personal purposes.
You must not:
• misuse, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
• reproduce or commercially exploit Dhrasti content without permission
• use the website or programmes in a way that infringes another person’s rights
• share private course-access credentials with another person
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our services, content or users.
DHRASTI FOUNDATIONS
Dhrasti Foundations is an online educational programme delivered through our learning platform.
Access is personal to the registered participant and must not be shared.
The Foundation journey currently consists of 22 videos across the movements SEE, UNDERSTAND and REALISE.
7-DAY FOUNDATION INVITATION
Where offered, the 7-Day Foundation Invitation provides complimentary access for the stated seven-day period.
No payment card is required unless explicitly stated otherwise, and complimentary access does not automatically convert into a paid purchase.
Access expires at the end of the applicable period.
PAID FOUNDATION ACCESS
Where you purchase paid Foundation access, the price and access period shown at checkout apply.
Our current standard paid Foundation access provides 30 days to complete the programme.
Where the applicable offer states that one further complimentary 30-day extension is available, this may be requested once if additional time is genuinely required.
FOUNDATION COMPLETION AND DHRASTI CIRCLE
Where included in the applicable offer, successful completion of Dhrasti Foundations provides complimentary access to Dhrasti Circle for the stated period.
Our current Foundation journey includes three months of complimentary Dhrasti Circle access following successful Foundation completion.
Completion means completing the required programme material as recorded by our learning platform.
DHRASTI CIRCLE
Dhrasti Circle is a continuation space for guided practice, reflection, live conversation and ongoing exploration.
Where an ongoing paid Circle membership is offered, the current price, billing frequency and cancellation terms will be displayed before purchase.
Recurring memberships may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided at checkout or within your account.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not normally retrospectively refund a period of membership already provided, except where required by law.
3-DAY DHRASTI IMMERSIVE
Places at a 3-Day Dhrasti Immersive may be subject to an application or welcome conversation before a booking is accepted.
Submitting a Request Your Place form does not itself create a confirmed booking or require payment.
If your place is accepted, we will provide the relevant booking information and payment instructions.
Where applicable:
• the current programme price and inclusions are those shown on the applicable Immersive page or booking confirmation
• a deposit may be required to confirm your place
• any deposit paid forms part of the total programme price
• the remaining balance must be paid by the deadline communicated to you
• completion of Dhrasti Foundations may be required before attending
• standard accommodation may be shared twin accommodation
• private accommodation may be available by request, subject to availability and additional charge
• meals and other inclusions will be as described for the particular Immersive
Any event-specific cancellation or refund conditions will be communicated before payment and form part of your booking terms.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our website or checkout are in the currency shown and include applicable taxes where stated.
Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information.
We may suspend access where an amount properly due remains unpaid.
CANCELLATION AND STATUTORY RIGHTS
Your legal cancellation rights can depend on the type of product or service, the way it was purchased and whether access or performance has already begun.
Where the law provides you with a cooling-off or cancellation right, we will honour that right.
For digital content or services that you ask us to begin providing immediately, you may be asked to provide any consent or acknowledgement required by law before access begins.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
If you believe you are entitled to cancel or request a refund, contact:
create@dhrastimethod.com
PROGRAMME CHANGES
We may occasionally make reasonable changes to programme content, schedules, speakers, delivery format, venue arrangements or supporting materials.
For live experiences, circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally require changes.
Where a material change affects a confirmed booking, we will communicate with affected participants as soon as reasonably possible and explain the available options.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
Dhrasti is an experiential educational process.
You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions.
Participation does not guarantee any specific result.
If you have accessibility, dietary or other practical requirements relating to a live experience, please tell us sufficiently in advance so we can determine what reasonable arrangements may be possible.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the website, Dhrasti Method materials, videos, course content, exercises, written content, graphics, branding and other materials are owned by or licensed to Dhrasti Method Ltd.
Your purchase or registration gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the relevant material for your own use.
You may not, without our written permission:
• copy or reproduce programme material
• record sessions where recording is prohibited
• distribute course videos or materials
• resell or commercially exploit Dhrasti content
• share account credentials or paid-access links
RECORDING AND EVENT MEDIA
We will tell participants where photography, audio or video recording is planned during a live Dhrasti event.
Where separate permission is required for identifiable promotional use, we will obtain the relevant consent.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Parts of the Dhrasti journey may be delivered through third-party services such as learning, payment, communication or video platforms.
Those platforms may operate under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep our website and digital services available and functioning reliably.
However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed and temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the website or participation in our services.
We do not guarantee particular personal, business, financial, relationship or other external outcomes from participation in Dhrasti.
PRIVACY
Our use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
